Support day-to-day HR operations for the New York office including end-to-end payroll processing, multi-state tax compliance, ADP and HRIS administration, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment support, visa process coordination with immigration counsel, employee inquiries, and partnering with finance and regional HR to ensure NY-specific regulatory compliance.

Support and enhance the firm's compliance program for a multi-manager hedge fund platform. Perform trade, e-communications, and personal account surveillance; assist with regulatory filings (Form ADV, PF, D, 13F, etc.); support Regulation M and deal-related compliance; conduct pre/post-trade checks and manager due diligence; maintain policies, training, incident investigations, and internal controls.

Provide middle-office trade support, perform trade bookings, matching, reconciliations and P&L checks; resolve breaks with brokers and administrators; manage collateral/margin reporting; document and automate workflows; assist on ad-hoc projects.
