Prepares and reviews complex tax returns, financial statements, tax estimates, depreciation records, cost segregation analyses, and tax planning work. Conducts tax research, supports audits, processes tax notices, identifies compliance risks and savings opportunities, and improves tax processes. Coordinates tax projects, collaborates with construction and cross-functional teams, and mentors junior staff. The role is fully on-site and may require extended hours during tax season and month-end procedures.
