Provide database administration, report writing, scripting and application development. Build complex SQL queries, stored procedures and scheduled reports. Lead integrations/APIs, develop custom GIS/web mapping applications using ESRI/ArcGIS tools, support software migrations, produce technical design/test documentation, and provide application support and troubleshooting for City systems.

Manage and supervise the IT support services team delivering desktop/laptop and telephone support. Plan, budget, and coordinate resources, monitor ticketing and SLAs, troubleshoot hardware/software and low-to-mid infrastructure issues, escalate appropriately, track metrics, and communicate outages/changes to City departments.
