Prepare and reconcile plant inventory and cost accounting records, analyze variances, support monthly close and budgeting, automate cost processes, collaborate with production to improve yields and reduce costs, and produce management reports and ad hoc financial analyses.

Lead development, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing processes (drying, membranes, separation, fractionation) to deliver cost, quality, and control improvements. Use statistical tools and DOE, lead plant/supplier trials, implement process control solutions (PLCs/DCS), write capital requests, and coordinate cross-functional deployment and documentation across manufacturing sites. Travel to plants ~25%.

Provide process expertise to improve manufacturing productivity and efficiency through data-driven optimization, equipment troubleshooting, plant trials, and cross-functional project support. Lead commercialization post-start-up work with R&D, train staff, support capital/process engineering projects, and champion continuous improvement across multiple Essentia food plants.
