Leads and supports industrial automation and controls engineering across manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and control systems, programming and commissioning PLC, VFD, HMI, servo, and robotic applications, supporting process improvements and capital projects, developing electrical standards, managing internal and external resources, and coaching junior engineers and electricians. The role supports 24/7 operations and requires on-call, weekend, and holiday availability.
