Maintain the PAM investment sub-ledger, perform cash-matching, assist with period-end group and local reporting, provide investment balances and schedules for US Stat companies, uphold internal controls and compliance, and support ad hoc reports and projects as required.

Lead enterprise data quality and governance strategy: define metrics and KPIs, implement MDM and data-quality tools (Collibra, Informatica, Talend), establish metadata and lineage, drive stakeholder alignment, build governance org and training, oversee audits and executive reporting via dashboards.

Support underwriters by processing new business submissions, renewals, binders, policy issuance, and midterm service requests. Provide timely customer service to brokers, collaborate proactively with underwriting teams, develop product knowledge, and participate in professional development and training.

Perform accounting for insurance/reinsurance operations including retrocession oversight, financial reporting, reconciliations, Sarbanes-Oxley control maintenance, quarter/year-end close, journal entries, broker statement processing, audit support, and stakeholder liaison. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory accounting standards and maintain accurate records in SAP.

Investigate, evaluate and resolve D&O, fiduciary, crime and other professional lines claims. Manage a heavy caseload, analyze coverage, set reserves, coordinate litigation strategy with counsel, prepare reports, and collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, finance and operations. Engage brokers and clients and attend industry meetings.

Coordinate end-to-end multinational insurance placements across lines of business. Work with underwriting, legal, finance and global partners to issue local policies, validate placement requirements, track deliverables, resolve operational issues, maintain accurate data, advise on geographic regulations, manage communications, and support process optimization, documentation and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
