Lead Major Incident Management as Incident Commander for a global 24x7 ITOC, oversee real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostics across hybrid on‑prem and cloud environments, drive escalation and executive communications, produce handovers and retrospectives, and implement operational improvements and automation.

Own and deliver enterprise data products for assigned business domains (Client, Matter, Financial). Translate strategy into roadmaps and backlogs, lead discovery, manage delivery across engineering, analytics, governance and stakeholders, and drive data quality, governance, reporting, and AI-readiness for reusable, trusted data assets.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Finance workstreams, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Data to deliver reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Support attorneys and accounting by preparing client bills, proformas, invoices and reports; manage client accounts, past-due follow-up, EDI processing, and ensure compliance with billing agreements and Outside Counsel Guidelines. Advise attorneys on complex billing arrangements, train and mentor billing staff, collaborate with finance teams, and assist on special projects and process improvements.

Supports organizational change management for strategic, operational, and technology initiatives. Responsibilities include developing change plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption monitoring, executive dashboards, and continuous improvement of change methodologies. The role partners with project leaders and Learning & Development to promote organizational readiness, user adoption, and sustainable outcomes while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Lead business development and marketing for the Global Finance practice: develop strategies and plans with practice leaders, manage RFPs and pitches, maintain collateral and experience databases, coordinate industry research and PR, oversee submissions/awards, plan client programs, track ROI and budgets, and supervise and develop junior BD staff to drive cross-selling and practice profile growth.

Support pricing team and lawyers by developing rate proposals, AFAs, budgets, and fee estimates; analyze historical matters; maintain billing rates; prepare reports; build financial templates and models; assist with RFP pricing and client/matter management; coordinate with team to meet deadlines.

Lead cross-functional organizational effectiveness initiatives including org and operating model design, process improvement, implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Conduct current-state assessments, synthesize findings, develop executive-ready recommendations and materials, facilitate stakeholder alignment, maintain project plans and trackers, and strengthen OE tools, templates, and delivery standards.

Manage a portfolio of IT and enterprise projects from initiation through closure. Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure, applications, cloud, cybersecurity, and business-function projects on time and on budget. Maintain project documentation, governance, risk/issue tracking, resource coordination, and status reporting. Support PMO process improvements and change management.

Leads HR data architecture, modeling, governance, and migration from legacy HR systems and warehouses to an Azure Databricks Lakehouse. Defines conceptual, logical, and physical models; manages source-to-target mappings, entity resolution, lineage, metadata, data quality, reconciliation, and cutover. Partners with engineering, governance, and HR stakeholders to establish trusted HR data structures, protect sensitive information, document authoritative references, and mentor data professionals.
