Lead program management for a ~100-person Data & AI organization: standardize Agile and Jira workflows, build executive dashboards and OKR/KPI frameworks, manage risks and dependencies, run governance reviews, mentor program managers, drive tooling adoption (Jira, Aha!, Confluence), and advise senior leadership on execution and capacity.
