Lead daily dispatch operations: assign routes and drivers, monitor freight movement, communicate with drivers/customers/warehouses, manage inbound/outbound loads, ensure DOT/OSHA compliance, optimize schedules and resources, resolve service issues, and maintain operational records and KPIs.

Provide second- and third-line support for production systems: monitor and resolve incidents, perform data corrections, create SQL scripts/stored procedures, coordinate upgrades, and liaise with development, infrastructure, and business teams to maintain uptime and compliance.
