Analyzes and improves material flow, warehouse layouts, inventory management, production support, and logistics processes in a high-volume automotive environment. Conducts time studies, labor analysis, productivity evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develops PFEP methodologies, standard work, visual management tools, reports, and performance metrics while collaborating with operations, engineering, and customer teams.

Administer, optimize, and secure enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments. Lead performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, automation, upgrades, patching, and migrations. Coordinates operational updates, onboarding, training, attendance, scheduling, employee engagement, recruiting, and issue resolution. Maintains records and reports, supports coaching and performance discussions, communicates policies and safety initiatives, and coordinates with HR, Safety, Maintenance, and Operations. Assists with continuous improvement, special projects, reporting, and customer requests.

Supervise daily office operations and administrative staff supporting dedicated transportation services. Manage reporting, payroll, billing, driver records, scheduling, compliance documentation, attendance, onboarding, customer communication, and issue resolution. Track operational metrics, maintain confidential records, support audits and process improvements, and coach office personnel while coordinating with drivers, dispatch, customers, HR, payroll, and leadership.

Analyzes inventory defects, monitors warehouse productivity, SOP compliance, KPIs, invoicing, quality, safety, staffing, maintenance, and timeliness. Produces operational reports, investigates quality discrepancies, supports corrective actions, and communicates daily with customers to maintain satisfaction. Requires logistics or distribution-center experience, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, familiarity with SAP and EWM, schedule flexibility, and the ability to work up to 40 hours weekly.

Lead a software development team as the senior technical authority: design architecture, enforce coding standards, deliver code, manage timelines, mentor developers, coordinate cross-team work, ensure production readiness, CI/CD, observability, security/compliance, and foster continuous improvement.

Manage daily intermodal ramp operations, lead and train ramp personnel, enforce safety and compliance, allocate resources, monitor KPIs, maintain records and reports, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Prepare monthly financial packages and reconciliations for subsidiaries, support budgeting/forecasting, assist audits, maintain SOX-compliant internal controls, and analyze cost models across multiple systems while collaborating with leaders and the Segment Group Controller.
