Provide first-line IT support for company devices, networks, and applications both remotely and onsite. Triage, document, and escalate tickets; create and maintain knowledge base articles and SOPs; mentor junior staff; recommend and evaluate technologies; and support continuous process improvements to improve customer satisfaction.

Plan, layout, and design electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects. Create detailed layout drawings and bills of materials, support preconstruction/pre-fabrication, coordinate with project teams, designers, owners, and subcontractors, educate field personnel, and identify opportunities for quality and labor savings.

Lead design and delivery of production-ready AI and automation solutions across the company. Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, translate needs into technical architectures, ensure secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems, and drive implementation, governance, and continuous improvement. Provide technical leadership, evaluate new technologies, and monitor solution performance to improve efficiency and profitability.
