The role gathers requirements, troubleshoots issues, manages feature releases, develops reports, supports end users, and provides knowledge transfer. It requires collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders, prioritization of multiple assignments, and on-site work Tuesday through Thursday in Philadelphia.

Leads the Core Business Applications team through staff development, application strategy, coding, solution design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Partners with technical and functional stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.
