Collaborate with design, software, and product teams to deliver validated, reliable products on schedule.

Lead sourcing strategies for direct material categories (hydraulics, engines, drive systems), manage supplier relationships and compliance, conduct market analysis to identify cost savings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize total cost of ownership and supply resilience.

Lead a team of underground drilling experts to provide advanced technical support, training, and advisory services for Sandvik underground drills. Drive product launch readiness, troubleshooting, maintenance advisory, drilling optimization programs, and knowledge transfer. Coordinate with sales, product lines, and parts & services to resolve complex issues, document findings, and improve product performance while enforcing EHS standards.

Lead and coordinate daily receiving operations: unload, inspect, and process inbound shipments; manage dock scheduling and workflow; operate forklifts; use ERP/WMS and computer systems to record and reconcile inventory; resolve discrepancies; maintain receiving records; support continuous improvement and ISO-based management systems.

Serve as a senior technical escalation resource to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex automation, metrology, and electro-mechanical system issues. Lead root-cause analysis, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop test/validation plans, create troubleshooting documentation, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Manage client relationships and business development for HDD products in the Southern region. Develop sales strategies, prepare quotes and presentations, recommend tooling solutions, provide technical training, monitor regional drilling activity, coordinate inventory with operations, attend trade shows, and meet sales targets.
