Manufacturing Engineer supporting semiconductor production through fluid control and metrology expertise, process improvement, problem resolution, cost reduction, quality enhancement, production control, SOP development, safety, ISO standards, design transfer, project coordination, and employee training. The role requires collaboration with production management and engineering teams to deploy manufacturing improvements efficiently.

Implement process improvements, testing practices, and validation procedures. Communicate with customers and suppliers about product quality, obsolescence, and customer-use issues. Oversee quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure company and supplier conformance with ISO, SEMI, OEM, and other applicable standards.

Supports the design, assembly, testing, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Raman analytical systems. Creates electrical schematics and technical drawings using CAD, maintains engineering documentation, assists with customer and engineering projects, and provides technical support. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, suppliers, and customers, and requires domestic and international travel, equipment troubleshooting, and occasional work beyond normal hours.

Designs electrical systems for HORIBA equipment, including specifications, conceptual and detailed designs, one-line diagrams, control schematics, panel layouts, and verification plans. Applies NEC, UL, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and OSHA standards; sizes and selects power-system components; performs power, short-circuit, power-quality, and arc-flash analyses; supports PLC and controls design; and standardizes drawings across global product lines.
