Coordinates academic support services for assigned Olympic sports and advises at-risk student-athletes. Monitors degree progress and eligibility, facilitates study halls and orientation, liaises with faculty and athletic staff, collects academic data for NCAA and conference reporting, supports awards and scholarship procedures, and supervises graduate assistants and interns. The role requires flexible hours, occasional team travel, NCAA knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, and commitment to ACU’s Christian mission.

Leads the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programs for online education advising and student support teams. Oversees advisor onboarding, curriculum development, certification, needs assessments, performance evaluation, training materials, and instructional technology adoption. Uses metrics, call reviews, account audits, and learner feedback to measure effectiveness. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, manages multiple initiatives, and supports adult learning and professional development across the Enrollment Division.

Supports and leads advisor training through live and virtual facilitation, content development, documentation management, scheduling, assessments, and follow-up. Maintains Salesforce knowledge resources and SOPs, creates materials using Canva and Adobe, analyzes QA data to identify performance gaps, and reviews applicant files for accuracy. Requires strong communication, organization, technology skills, collaboration, and commitment to ACU’s Christian mission.

Leads and administers ACU’s fully online Educational Psychology graduate program, including curriculum planning, accreditation compliance, budgeting, faculty recruitment and evaluation, clinical supervision, student advising, and retention initiatives. Teaches graduate courses, supports online pedagogy and course improvement, maintains scholarly research and publication, participates in university governance, and integrates ACU’s Christian mission into teaching and mentorship.

Teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in operations management, information systems, data analytics, and applied artificial intelligence. Maintain scholarly academic status through peer-reviewed research, presentations, and professional development. Mentor students, participate in experiential learning and external-client projects, and complete departmental, college, and university service. Candidates must support ACU’s Christian mission and provide academic and church-related recommendations and statements.

Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses in residential and online programs; maintain Scholarly Academic status through peer-reviewed research, presentations, and professional development; mentor students; and contribute to departmental, college, and university service. Candidates must support ACU’s Christian mission, hold an earned doctorate or terminal accounting degree (ABD considered), demonstrate accounting expertise and research or professional experience, and show proven or promising university teaching ability.

Build and manage theology and nonprofit partner relationships, develop new accounts, expand existing partnerships, promote ACU programs, generate enrollment opportunities, and maintain a sales pipeline. The role serves as a liaison between ACU and partner organizations, provides product education, supports strategic alignment, executes outreach campaigns, tracks market trends, and travels occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Administer and process biweekly payrolls for faculty, staff, students, and temps. Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, tax and deduction processing, timekeeping review, Workday payroll administration, compliance monitoring, reporting, audits, and employee support. Coordinate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and ADP tax services; support year-end activities and process improvements.

Teach electrical or mechanical engineering and foundational engineering courses; develop curriculum and labs; mentor students; supervise capstone teams; support ABET accreditation and departmental initiatives; assist with lab management, administrative duties, and industry outreach while integrating faith and service into teaching.

Teach dance technique across multiple styles with a musical theatre emphasis; choreograph concerts and mainstage musicals; mentor and advise BFA students; participate in auditions, recruitment, faculty collaboration, and departmental service. Provide portfolio (video links) with application.
