Act as executive-facing business partner escalating risks and progress to leadership.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, boutique, and early-career roles. Build talent pipelines, conduct sourcing and interviews, partner with HR and hiring managers, manage university and early-career programs, track hiring metrics, and represent the brand at events and with external partners.

Provide post-purchase customer support for warranty and paid repairs, manage escalated cases, communicate with service centres and cross-functional teams, resolve complaints empathetically, and drive customer retention by delivering high-quality aftercare and sharing feedback to improve processes.

Support development, execution, and analysis of retail and omnichannel client engagement strategies across North America. Own budget management, invoice reconciliation, vendor onboarding, and financial reporting. Pull and analyze performance data and ROI for events, product launches, and boutique openings. Manage boutique gifting, treatment allocations, and limited-edition watch allocation requests while collaborating cross-functionally and ensuring brand guideline adherence.

Lead regional implementation of L'Ecole's strategy: develop programs, partnerships, and local networks; manage budgets, P&L, compliance, and team governance; represent and promote L'Ecole and Van Cleef & Arpels across cultural institutions and media.
