Directs university career services, including career counseling, student employment, internships, employer outreach, job development, career fairs, assessments, workshops, and alumni services. Oversees staff, budgets, employer databases, marketing materials, strategic planning, program evaluation, and partnerships with academic departments and maritime industry stakeholders. Provides career guidance, develops experiential learning opportunities, manages signature programs, and supports employment data reporting and institutional projects.

Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of shipboard electrical, automation, and control systems (including HV power, propulsion, monitoring, and safety systems). Ensure compliance with USCG and class rules, prepare for inspections, mentor technical staff, and support cadet training while performing shipboard duties during underway and shipyard periods.
