Manage programs from prototype through production and customer launch, coordinate engineering changes, ensure manufacturing and quality compliance, lead cross-functional communication, support tooling/process development, prepare quotes and cost-saving proposals, and maintain program documentation and schedules.

Collaborate with global manufacturing and engineering teams, attend customer meetings, develop technical review presentations, and drive strategic initiatives to improve profitability and project execution for automotive suspension and related systems.

Support and maintain the quality system across manufacturing: lead APQP/PPAP, FMEA, control plans, SPC and capability studies (Cp/Cpk). Serve as technical liaison for engineering, manufacturing, sales and customers, manage customer complaints and audits, train staff, support non-conforming material disposition, and drive corrective actions to ensure product conformity and continuous improvement.

Design, source, and launch tooling, fixtures, and equipment; support tool-room personnel and vendors; estimate and manage tooling engineering changes; coordinate with program management, manufacturing, quality, and finance; implement process controls (Poka Yoke, SPC); provide technical support for product development; ensure compliance with IATF, OHSA, and ISO 14001; pursue cost savings and supplier sourcing improvements.

Serve as the primary sales interface for Multimatic's manufacturing and engineering centers. Lead quoting, commercial negotiations, customer meetings, and pursuit of new business. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop technical review presentations, support project execution and launch activities, and drive strategic initiatives to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead equipment planning, design, development, testing and rate verification for new products. Manage vendor sourcing and procurement of tooling/equipment, ensure manufacturing meets engineering and customer specifications, apply GD&T and process controls, support product launches, perform feasibility studies/quotes, and drive process improvements and schedule adherence while maintaining safety and profitability goals.
