Provide administrative and coordination support for a busy forklift depot: create and process WIP job cards and H&S paperwork, enter timesheets, control costs, invoice completed WIPs, schedule engineers, raise purchase orders, ensure LOLER inspections are current, liaise with Sales and Service, maintain KPI/KPA records, and support Equipment Preparation Manager with HR and administration tasks.

Responsible for hunting and closing new business across AEC, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure segments.
