Job Description
The East EMEA Controller will manage all Controlling and FP&A activities across the four countries, including:
- Month-end closing reporting and analysis
- Forecasting and Budget processes
- You will leverage accounting data produced by local accounting teams and work with Oracle Netsuite ERP and IBM Planning Analytics (IBM-PA).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate financial visibility to local business leaders and EMEA management.
- Month-End Closing:Prepare standardized closing packages for Turnover, EBITDA, Headcount, and Opex by cost centers.
- Perform profitability analysis by profit centers.
- Communicate results to local and EMEA management teams and escalate issues when necessary.
- Forecasting & Budget:Lead and coordinate forecast processes with local teams.
- Challenge business leaders to deliver quality forecasts and actionable plans.
- Produce forecasts for Headcount, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow using group reporting tools.
- Act as a Business Partner to Sales and Services teams:Organize and lead closing and forecast meetings.
- Contribute to action plans to optimize EBITDA and identify risks/opportunities.
- Drive improvements in reporting packages and support automation projects using BI tools.
