Manage multiple end-to-end finance projects, lead process-improvement initiatives (cost forecasting, logistics/warehouse analytics, inventory analysis), communicate status to stakeholders, maintain project tracking, drive action item completion, mentor team members, and travel up to 25% to oversee project execution.

Provide FP&A and cost accounting support for multi-plant manufacturing: produce financial statements, reforecasts, variance analysis, oversee plant financial operations, assist site managers with budgeting, calculate burden rates, identify cost savings and efficiencies, evaluate capital projects, and deliver ad hoc reporting to operations and executive leadership.

Provide clerical and SAP production support for the Acetylenics area: audit and correct SAP entries/COGI errors, reconcile production tracking, submit Remedy tickets, assist with tank/material variance reviews, develop training aids, support onboarding/security credentials, maintain area archives, and prepare monthly expense reports.

Manage and execute international shipments between North America and assigned regions, prepare documentation for shipping and customs, monitor shipment status and errors, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track delays in spreadsheets, and support overseas colleagues and other logistics personnel.

Support global compensation programs: market pricing, job evaluations, administer cash and incentive plans, configure/test Workday and Pay Factors, provide analytics, partner with HRIS, and respond to manager/employee inquiries.
