Provide first-line technical support for NeoXam SaaS products during US business hours, triage and resolve incidents, manage AWS cloud resources and monitoring, troubleshoot Java and database performance, perform deployments/patches, support cloud onboarding and migrations, and collaborate with R&D and global teams to maintain SLAs and operational reliability.
