Leads the credit union’s digital business, strategy, operating model, platform ecosystem, and member experience. Oversees digital growth, adoption, engagement, performance, governance, roadmaps, platform investments, vendor relationships, risk, compliance, and operational excellence. Partners with Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and executive leadership to align digital capabilities with enterprise goals. Builds and develops high-performing digital teams while driving measurable improvements in member satisfaction, self-service, deposits, lending, and digital channel performance.

Drives credit union growth by developing sales strategies, building community and business relationships, increasing membership, representing the organization at events, analyzing market trends, coaching sales staff, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration with marketing, member services, and product teams while achieving sales targets and supporting member engagement.

Provides technical and customer support for online and mobile banking services, bill pay, payment tools, account aggregation, and messaging platforms. Troubleshoots escalated access, navigation, device, and system issues; coordinates with vendors and IT; documents recurring problems; trains frontline staff; processes member correspondence; prepares channel usage reports; and assists with inbound calls during peak periods.

Supports the marketing and branding plan through campaign coordination, event support, social media promotion, copywriting, editing, content creation, internal communications, and market research. The role develops marketing materials, analyzes campaign results, researches competitors and trends, and assists with projects supporting organizational goals.

Supports charge-off, bankruptcy, and credit-reporting operations by researching disputes, maintaining account and consumer records, processing payments and updates, monitoring work queues, documenting activity, and coordinating with members, credit bureaus, attorneys, trustees, vendors, and internal teams. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, Fair Credit Reporting Act standards, Metro 2 guidelines, and established procedures while meeting productivity, quality, and service goals.

Leads enterprise product and marketing strategy for a credit union, integrating product management, member insights, brand, growth, analytics, pricing, and financial performance. Owns product economics, forecasting, dashboards, attribution, experimentation, portfolio lifecycle, go-to-market planning, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional execution. Develops teams and translates data into decisions that improve acquisition, adoption, retention, profitability, deposits, lending, and member relationships.

Implement, configure, monitor, and manage cybersecurity tools and infrastructure, handle incident response and vulnerability mitigation, maintain asset lifecycle and documentation, ensure change control and SLA compliance, support projects and provide escalation for complex security issues.

Manage post-origination credit surveillance for an assigned commercial loan portfolio. Monitor borrower performance, covenant compliance, risk ratings, watchlist administration, annual reviews, concentration exposure, and prepare portfolio risk reporting while coordinating with lending, credit, special assets, and auditors to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Oversee accounting operations, month/quarter/year-end close, regulatory and financial reporting (GAAP), audit coordination, budgeting support, GL controls, AP oversight, and lead accounting staff. Drive process improvements, support strategic projects (M&A, system conversions), and serve as liaison with auditors and regulators.
