Provide first-line and advanced support for Clubessential products (accounting, payments, membership, reporting, hardware integrations). Troubleshoot payment and device issues, document interactions in CRM, escalate when needed, monitor client health, promote product adoption, and collaborate with product and internal teams to resolve multi-system issues and improve retention.

Provide level 1 technical support for Clubessential websites: troubleshoot front-end layout, styling, content, navigation, permissions, integrations; use HTML/CSS and basic SQL/reporting to investigate data issues; communicate solutions via phone/email/chat; document work in CRM; escalate to higher-level teams when needed; maintain product knowledge.
