Sources candidates for light industrial and general labor roles and builds relationships with community and educational organizations to maintain talent pipelines.

Outside B2B Sales Account Manager selling staffing services to manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution clients. Responsible for new business hunting, booking appointments, field solicitation across the DFW metroplex (Tues-Thurs) and in-office work Mon/Fri. Maintain daily activity reporting, collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients, and meet/unlock commission targets.

Provides daily administrative HR support including recruitment assistance, maintaining employee records for payroll, and general clerical support to staff. Handles documentation, data entry, and routine HR tasks to ensure accurate records and smooth HR operations.

Source, screen, and build relationships with candidates for warehousing and light industrial roles. Maintain candidate pipelines, document activity in ATS/CRM, conduct screening interviews, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; on-site attendance required.

Maintain accurate financial records by preparing invoices, posting payments, managing deposits and credit card transactions, performing bank reconciliations, processing vendor payments via Bill.com, handling monthly tax and workers' compensation payments, and supporting daily accounting operations.
