Design and deliver wastewater treatment and conveyance projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support project managers, strengthen client relationships, and address regional municipal wastewater challenges.

Lead and grow SEH's municipal civil practice across central/west Virginia and North Carolina. Develop and execute market strategy, win and oversee multi‑discipline projects, build client relationships, mentor and lead teams, and represent the firm to municipal clients to drive sustained, profitable growth and successful project delivery.

Design and evaluate electrical systems for buildings, perform calculations, produce construction drawings in Revit/AutoCAD, conduct site visits, coordinate with teams and utilities, support construction administration, and develop technical knowledge under licensed PE supervision.

Support planning, design, and construction of municipal and state highway projects. Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to develop creative solutions, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and build client relationships. Work may include INDOT projects and travel for meetings, consultations, and site visits.

Support ERP implementation and ongoing project billing: set up/approve projects, prepare draft and final invoices, analyze project revenues/expenses, assist month-end close, AR analysis, collections, audit support, and coordinate with project managers and cross-office teams.
