Lead and grow an electrical engineering group (~10 staff) for municipal and industrial projects. Provide technical oversight on power distribution, controls, arc flash, lighting, and backup systems; mentor staff; support proposals and client relationships; ensure profitable, on-schedule project delivery and QA/QC compliance.

Design, program, commission, and optimize industrial control systems. Prepare design and bidding documents, program PLCs/HMIs/SCADA, implement control strategies, troubleshoot system faults, coordinate with clients and integrators, and perform onsite commissioning and startup support.
