Lead and execute the Foundation's multi-year fundraising strategy to grow philanthropic revenue from foundations, major donors, and corporate partners. Manage pipeline, CRM and moves management; oversee institutional grant strategy and external grant agency; cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; translate industry interest into sustained philanthropic support; represent the Foundation to funders and expand funding opportunities tied to programmatic outcomes.

Lead IFPA's global advocacy and policy engagement across Asia, North America, and Europe. Build and manage strategic relationships with international standard-setting bodies and partner associations, coordinate Global Council engagement, track international policy developments, draft comments, and align cross-functional teams to advance IFPA's global policy priorities.
