Manage a portfolio of Spanish-speaking partner grants across the full lifecycle: agreement and budget review, expense monitoring, risk assessment, audit support, capacity building, and maintaining grant records in Monday.com and Salesforce. Support finance and improve transparency, efficiency, and compliance with subaward policies.

Provide administrative and operational support to Development & Communications and Administrative teams: manage communications and mail, coordinate procurement and vendor relationships, track inventory and promotional materials, log incoming checks, assist with event logistics and nonprofit evaluator documentation, and contribute to process improvements. Hybrid role based in Chapel Hill, NC, requiring occasional in-office presence and mail checks during year-end.
