Lead community occupancy growth by managing the sales cycle, CRM, and referral relationships. Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans and events, manage budgets and marketing inventory, recruit and supervise department staff, represent the facility at events, and meet weekly productivity and census goals. Requires flexible hours and occasional off-site travel; work involves interaction with elderly and medically vulnerable residents.

Lead and support sales and admissions teams across assisted living and skilled nursing communities to achieve occupancy goals. Provide field-based coaching, training on CRM and KPI reporting, develop marketing and business development strategies, pursue referral and contract opportunities, and collaborate with clinical, operations, and finance teams. Travel frequently to sites to assist with admissions and execute performance improvement plans.

Develop and manage community outreach and public relations to drive referrals and move-ins. Build referral networks, plan events, track contacts and reporting, collaborate with leadership and marketing to meet occupancy goals.

Greet visitors, answer phones, manage visitor/resident records, process admissions paperwork, perform clerical tasks (filing, copying, deposits), maintain confidentiality/HIPAA compliance, handle minor cash transactions, and support other business functions.
