Serve as the central point for organizing, maintaining, and archiving program and engineering documentation in government IT systems (primarily SharePoint). Maintain SharePoint architecture and permissions, enforce version control for technical artifacts, create dashboards and reports (Power BI/Excel/PowerPoint), perform daily data entry and document routing, audit repositories for USCG records compliance, and provide desk-side support and training to government and contractor staff.

Provides clerical and administrative support to a Military Legal office: prepares correspondence, reports, and legal documents; screens calls and visitors; manages databases and office documentation; researches administrative issues for military personnel and management. Uses MS Office and SharePoint and complies with NDA requirements.

Develop and maintain the LMA Integrated Production Schedule by integrating AIT, Ships Force, FTA, and other inputs using Microsoft Project and Primavera. Evaluate NMD/SMDII/AMS data, perform schedule risk analysis, validate technical sequences, and participate in WPIC and WPER conferences to support naval maintenance and ship repair scheduling.

Lead verification and validation of electronics installed onboard Navy vessels, including navigation, communication, and computer hardware/software. Test equipment, ensure quality and safety standards, interpret plans/drawings, contribute to test specimen design/fabrication, and prepare CAD/shop drawings per material specifications.

Provide engineering analysis, design, optimization, and integration of ship propulsion systems. Develop and maintain technical data packages, perform trade studies and weight assessments, ensure compliance with ABS and NVR, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholders on ship design, construction, modernization, and acquisition programs.

Design and plan mechanical systems and equipment for ships; oversee installation, maintenance, and repairs; review HM&E and C4ISR technical deliverables; perform studies (weight, arrangement, electrical load, safety/human factors); maintain design modification logs; analyze third-party reports and ensure conformance to operational and contractual specifications.

Prepare executive planning, scheduling, and financial reports; perform historical and predictive resource-allocation analysis; develop budget estimates; recommend process improvements; review work specifications and integrated schedules for shipboard habitability logistics.

Provide administrative and acquisition support for the MARMC Contracts Department, manage metrics, budgeting, and workload planning, prepare Small Business Program reports, coordinate meetings/training/conferences, and use automated contract systems (SPS, ePS, Sea Port-e, WAWF, FPDS-NG, PIEE).

Provide cognitive performance services to collegiate, professional, tactical athletics, and aerospace/high-performance environments. Requires providing assessments and interventions to optimize human cognitive performance, working with pilots/astronauts and athletes. Must hold a relevant master’s degree, active Secret clearance, and current CPR/AED certification.

Manage specification work packages, write SOWs and e-specifications, perform field and ship checks, develop Class cost estimates, track milestones, perform RMMCO duties, and support AIT modernization program management and integration.
