Lead analytics strategy for federal programs: perform statistical modeling, forecasting, and data mining; build dashboards and automated workflows; ensure NIST/FISMA compliance and data quality; present findings to government stakeholders; mentor junior analysts and manage analytics workstreams.

Use tools like WAWF, FEDLOG, OTS, WebVLIPS, and EDA to support accurate accounting and reporting. Maintain records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures under active Secret clearance.

Serve as Lead Financial Analyst overseeing daily contract financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. Prepare OPTAR, BOR, TL, OVR, and DL reports; manage GCPC processes; use Navy supply systems (RSUPPLY, OTS) and SABRS. Provide managerial financial guidance, recommend funding alternatives, and support occasional after-hours travel for emergencies.

Serve as primary engineering counterpart to the Flight Test Pilot: plan and execute flight tests, operate airborne data acquisition and telemetry systems, perform post-flight data reduction and statistical analysis, author formal test reports, and represent test interests at technical reviews and safety boards.

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, procurement of materials and supplies, inventory management, record maintenance, and collaboration to support projects and ensure timely task completion.

Support the ITA Paperwork Reduction Act program: manage ICR lifecycle, prepare and file OMB/FRN/ROCIS packages, monitor comments, maintain PRA records, and provide guidance and resources to reduce paperwork burden and ensure regulatory compliance.
