Lead the organization's financial operations and business processes, managing accounts payable, reconciliations, grant and restricted fund tracking, budget variance analysis, and month-end close. Act as internal finance lead and liaison to external CPA, ensure compliance and audit readiness, support events and sponsorship tracking, and oversee office operations, filing, mail, supplies, and cross-functional workflows to improve operational efficiency and support mission delivery.

Provide high-level administrative and project management support to the President: manage calendar and inbox, coordinate meetings and travel, track scorecards/dashboards, run marketing execution and vendor coordination, organize firm tools, and manage logistics for team events.

Prepare and process rental invoices in Microsoft Business Central, validate rental documentation, support billing cycles and recurring invoicing, resolve customer billing issues, maintain invoice records for audit/compliance, and perform related AR duties.

Perform audits and quality assurance of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HCV, PBRA, HOME), ensure regulatory compliance with HUD rules, identify and remediate discrepancies, produce compliance reports, lead client-facing reviews and training, and recommend process and policy improvements to mitigate risk and improve program integrity.

Part-time intern supporting phone and file system management, Excel data analysis and reporting, and administrative tasks. Assist Finance, Contracts, Sales, and marketing projects, learn internal systems, and suggest process improvements.

Conduct audits and quality assurance for HUD-funded housing programs (HCV, PBRA, PBV, LIHTC). Monitor regulatory compliance, identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, maintain audit documentation, prepare reports, and support cross-functional teams with policy interpretation and training.
