Manage major accounts and drive business development in the assigned territory. Develop and submit an annual sales plan, identify and close sales opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, delegate account responsibilities to teammates, submit timely sales paperwork, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

Develop and execute a sales business plan, generate and capture sales through marketing, entertaining, and relationship building, maintain strong customer relationships, delegate account processing to teammates, and provide high-level customer service to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.

Design and program AV systems: create wiring/architectural drawings, control modules, DSP files, and user interfaces. Commission, test, troubleshoot, document systems, maintain code/version control, mentor junior staff, and travel to job sites.
