The Vice President of Brand Marketing leads brand strategy, positioning, integrated campaigns, PR, social, content, product and menu marketing, agency relationships, and marketing budgets. The CRM Analyst analyzes guest and campaign data, builds dashboards, segments audiences, and supports email and push campaigns in HubSpot. Responsibilities include campaign scheduling, QA, deployment, workflow and automation support, performance reporting, trend analysis, and optimization recommendations. The role collaborates with Marketing, Brand, Growth, Product, Sales, and IT teams to resolve CRM or data issues and improve engagement, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.

Leads strategic sourcing for restaurant operational goods, services, supplies, equipment, and smallware. Develops category and supplier strategies, manages sourcing events, supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, pricing analysis, and cross-functional initiatives. Ensures sourcing decisions support quality, cost, brand integrity, guest experience, and sustainable growth. Requires multi-unit restaurant sourcing experience, project leadership, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and up to 20% travel.

Supports corporate financial planning through budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, executive reporting, and scenario analysis. Maintains interconnected financial models, develops reporting dashboards, partners with Accounting during month-end close, and provides analysis for strategic decisions. The role also improves FP&A processes, automates reporting, documents procedures, and responds to ad hoc requests from Finance and executive leadership.

Leads full-funnel performance media strategy, planning, budget management, campaign execution, optimization, measurement, and agency management. The role develops cross-channel media plans across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and CTV; reallocates investment based on performance; establishes KPIs and testing roadmaps; and translates analytics into actionable recommendations. Partners with Brand, Digital, Insights, Finance, and Operations to support growth initiatives including restaurant campaigns, menu launches, new store openings, delivery, and catering.
