Partners with business and functional teams on process improvements, requirements gathering, documentation, enhancements, mergers and acquisitions, data conversion, and user adoption.

Owns Stanley Martin Homes’ email marketing and lifecycle communications strategy across acquisition, nurture, re-engagement, transactional, and post-inquiry programs. Builds automated Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, manages segmentation and personalization using SQL and AMPscript, ensures deliverability and compliance, and measures impact through analytics and attribution. Partners across marketing, sales, technology, content, and analytics while managing and developing direct reports.
