Leads quality and continuous improvement initiatives in plastics manufacturing. Troubleshoots defects, manages investigations and CAPAs, develops validation protocols, maintains PFMEAs and control plans, applies Lean Six Sigma and statistical methods, supports audits and regulatory compliance, and improves yield, scrap, rework, and process performance. Partners with production, engineering, tooling, customers, and suppliers while coaching teams and verifying corrective-action effectiveness.
