Leads SFFILM’s individual giving strategy, major gifts portfolio, membership growth, fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation, and fundraising events. Partners with the Executive Director, Board, Finance, and Communications teams to increase contributed revenue, manage budgets and projections, maintain accurate donor records, and report results. Manages two full-time staff members and supports additional development hires. Requires occasional California travel and extended evening or weekend hours during key periods.
