Manage subcontract procurement for construction projects including bidding, leveling, awarding, and subcontract administration. Support materials/equipment purchasing, perform bid gap analysis, prepare award recommendations, and assist change management. Collaborate with field teams, maintain WBS bid comparisons and cost documentation, track subcontract deliverables, and support payment reviews. Travel to project sites as required.

Lead mechanical HVAC design and QA for industrial, distribution, and life-sciences projects. Develop conceptual through construction documentation, design water/chilled water/HVAC/plumbing/boiler/compressed air systems, perform load calculations, review shop drawings/submittals, coordinate with vendors/procurement, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead interior design projects from programming through construction administration: manage schedules, budgets, design concepts, material and furniture specifications, technical documentation, client presentations, and mentor staff while pursuing business development and representing the firm in the community.

Provide legal advice and support for subcontract and procurement operations: review and negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and ancillary agreements; handle flow-down obligations; assist with claims, disputes, mediations, litigation support, subpoenas, and compliance for construction and procurement matters.

Lead multidisciplinary design coordination for complex industrial projects, liaise with clients and discipline leads, interpret PFDs/P&IDs for layouts, manage design reviews, schedules, scope, budget, risk, mentor staff, and support pursuits and business development.

Design mechanical systems for mission-critical facilities (data centers, advanced manufacturing). Perform load, pipe/duct pressure drop, PUE/WUE analyses; produce drawings/specs; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior engineers; support construction administration and client meetings; ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Lead digital engineering and VDC efforts for process and industrial projects. Administer Autodesk Plant 3D and Forma, drive model coordination/clash detection, manage model/data integrity, support field technology and 4D planning, develop standards/templates and train project teams to improve digital workflows from design through construction turnover.

Design and analyze medium- and low-voltage power distribution, grounding, UPS and generator redundancy for mission-critical facilities; produce construction documents; perform short-circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; support construction administration and client communications.

Manage project financial strategy including budgets, costs, change orders, billings, and forecasts. Produce and maintain cost and forecast reports, identify variances and risks, ensure integration with accounting, and improve cost control processes across project teams.

Manage MEP scopes for design-build projects: develop scope and bid packages, lead subcontractor negotiations, coordinate MEP design and field teams, control changes, ensure quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance, and mentor junior staff.
