Lead the design and build of a platform engineering function: create GitHub-based CI/CD golden paths, author Terraform module libraries, integrate AI-enabled workflows for automation and incident response, and drive adoption and technical standards across cloud, networking, and engineering teams.

Lead procurement and cost management for large-scale commercial and mission-critical projects: track costs from bid to subcontract, negotiate and defend basis-of-cost, manage subcontracts through execution, ensure constructability and field readiness, enforce WBS and QA processes, support enterprise buyouts, and capture lessons learned to improve procurement practices.
