Lead VDC/BIM support across design-build projects: coordinate 3D/2D models, perform clash detection, 4D/5D analyses, quantity takeoffs, manage model updates, coach teams on BIM best practices, and serve as project information manager.

Provide contract review, negotiation, and administration for construction subcontracts, purchase orders, and AIA/DBIA forms; assist with RFPs, change orders, claims, lien responses, litigation discovery, mediation/arbitration support, and train business teams on commercial contract matters.
