Lead residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects: manage teams, clients, consultants, schedules, billings, profitability, business development, recruiting, and project performance while representing LJC externally.

Design and produce electrical installation drawings for medium/low-voltage power distribution, lighting, and special systems. Create single-line diagrams, panel schedules, grounding and lighting plans in Revit/AutoCAD. Perform load, short-circuit, ampacity, and voltage-drop calculations; prepare equipment specifications; support BIM modeling, construction, submittal review, and cross-discipline coordination.

Lead procurement for large commercial and mission-critical projects: manage cost tracking and buyout reconciliation, build bid packages, negotiate and administer subcontracts, oversee change management and compliance, support field constructability, and drive process improvements and enterprise buyout support.

Develop detailed electrical installation documents and support construction for industrial and commercial projects. Create power, grounding, and lighting plans; perform short circuit, ampacity, voltage drop, load studies, and utility sizing; specify electrical equipment; review designs and shop drawings; support BIM coordination; apply NEC and building codes; provide technical support to project teams and clients; review submittals and RFIs.

Develops, maintains, and updates project schedules and baselines using Primavera P6; performs cost and resource loading, network logic validation, performance reporting, and schedule narratives. Collects update data from project teams, generates earned value and cash flow reports, supports proposal and construction schedule development, and ensures compliance with owner and company scheduling policies.

Lead BIM/VDC strategy and innovation across project lifecycles, provide training and technical support for visualization and simulation tools, integrate performance and sustainability analysis, drive process automation and standards, manage ACC workflows, and collaborate with design, engineering, construction, and IT teams to improve delivery and digital adoption.

Manage project financial strategy and cost control for construction projects: maintain budgets, forecasts, billings, change orders, cost reports, variance and risk analysis, and integrate cost information with accounting and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to management goals.

Lead piping stress and mechanical design for industrial/process facilities: perform CAESAR II analyses, evaluate nozzle and equipment loads, design supports and interfaces, prepare calculations and reports, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, support construction/startup, mentor junior engineers, and ensure code-compliant, constructible solutions.

Manage life sciences construction projects from concept through closeout ($20M–$200M+). Oversee budgeting, cost reporting, scheduling, subcontractors, submittals, change orders, safety, quality, site logistics, staffing/training, equipment, bidding, and project closeout. Requires travel to service St. Louis clients and nationwide projects.

Lead and oversee process design workflows, create multi-discipline piping and system designs, enforce company standards, mentor designers, collaborate with clients, and drive process improvement while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance across projects.
