Builds and maintains project schedules and baselines, performs network logic validation, cost and resource loading, generates performance and cash flow reports, assists monthly schedule reporting, and develops schedules for proposals and construction while coordinating updates from project stakeholders.

Manage steel procurement projects end-to-end: act as primary client contact, set and maintain schedules and budgets, coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and GCs, track change orders and P&L, mentor project coordinators, and ensure projects meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Coordinate and support the extended onboarding program, schedule and document 10/30/60/90-day check-ins, track new hire progress, identify training gaps and escalations, facilitate onboarding sessions and manager training, maintain records and reports, and support broader learning and development initiatives.

Oversee MEP scopes for construction projects: develop MEP scope and bid packages, lead subcontractor negotiations, manage submittals and change orders, ensure code compliance and quality control, coordinate schedules and onsite MEP trade work, mentor junior staff, and participate in OAC meetings.

Lead management of electrical scopes on mission-critical and industrial projects: coordinate design and procurement, ensure code compliance, control cost and schedule, manage vendors and FATs, mitigate risks, and supervise electrical teams to deliver standardized, repeatable installations.

Support project document control and quality processes across construction projects: maintain electronic filing, transfer and file test reports, track issues/checklists, manage project controls software roles, produce quality metric reports, and assist in data searches and workflow management for project closeout.

Manage project financial strategy, budgets, costs, change orders, billings, and forecasts. Produce cost reports, identify variances and risks, ensure cost control, and coordinate with project management, accounting, subcontractors, and clients.

Lead process design workflows including multi-discipline integrations, advanced piping layouts, and system diagrams. Set and enforce company-wide standards, mentor designers, collaborate with clients, and implement workflow improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

Manage subcontract procurement lifecycle: bid review, bidder management, bid leveling, award recommendations, and subcontract administration. Support cost tracking, change assessment, and collaborate with field and preconstruction teams. Materials/equipment purchasing is secondary.
