Support design-build teams by managing BIM/VDC workflows: 3D/2D coordination, clash detection/resolution, 4D/5D analyses, quantity takeoffs, model management, and coaching project teams on BIM best practices throughout design, pre-construction, construction, and handover.

Lead multidisciplinary design coordination for complex industrial projects: act as central liaison between clients, PMs, discipline leads and consultants; guide projects from concept through construction closeout; interpret PFDs/P&IDs for layouts; integrate process, civil, structural, architectural, and MEPFP design; lead design reviews, schedule coordination, quality control, and mentor technical staff.

Design and produce medium- and low-voltage electrical systems for mission-critical facilities. Perform short-circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies; prepare construction documents; coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams; support construction administration and client communication; apply redundancy and energy-efficiency strategies under Senior engineer guidance.

Manage all MEP scopes from pre-construction through closeout: develop scope and bid packages, lead subcontractor negotiations, manage submittals/changes, ensure code compliance, quality, schedule and budget, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and represent MEP in OAC meetings.

Lead process engineering for petfood, meat, and industrial projects: scope work, develop PFDs/P&IDs and material balances, specify equipment, run simulations (AFT/HTRI), support commissioning/startup, mentor staff, and coordinate vendors and discipline leads to deliver safe, efficient process designs.

Builds and maintains project schedules and baselines, performs network logic validation, cost and resource loading, generates performance and cash flow reports, assists monthly schedule reporting, develops schedules for proposals and construction, and collaborates with project teams and field operations.

Lead electrical design for mission-critical facilities including MV (up to 35 kV) and LV distribution, perform short-circuit/coordination/arc-flash and cable ampacity (Neher-McGrath) studies, specify UPS/generator/switchgear and redundancy topologies, coordinate multidisciplinary integration, support construction and field issues, and mentor junior engineers.
