Act as primary client contact to translate forecasts into an 18-month Master Production Schedule (MPS), manage MRP parameters, coordinate material deliveries, track artwork/version control and packaging change controls, resolve capacity constraints, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery aligned with production.

Lead FP&A for US CMO business units: produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting and consolidation. Partner with general managers, provide cost modelling and operational performance recommendations, act as primary finance contact for non-transactional queries, and deliver projects as assigned by the CFO.

Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of plant automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA). Manage automation scope for capital projects, develop software and HMI graphics, maintain documentation, and drive operational efficiency and compliance.

Lead US CMO FP&A including monthly management accounts, variance analysis, cost modelling, budgeting, and financial reporting. Act as business unit finance partner, support general managers, handle non-transactional finance queries, and complete CFO-assigned projects to improve operational performance and costing.

Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses for CMO Americas. Manage fixed assets and asset WIP, maintain costings and standard cost reviews, update cash flows, and forecast trends to identify overspends. Provide timely project spend updates to sponsors and support tax fixed asset register reconciliation to ensure financial statement integrity.
