Provides administrative and legal support to the Office of Legal Counsel, including contract and affidavit workflow management, case-file organization, legal research, document preparation, discovery support, court-record retrieval, reporting, and proofreading. The role also assists with purchase orders, reimbursements, scheduling, database maintenance, subpoenas, and organizational information requests.

Manages NCMEC’s mid-level individual giving program and donor portfolio, overseeing qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, retention, upgrades, reactivation, and major-gift transitions. Uses Salesforce, prospect research, wealth screening, segmentation, and reporting to drive pipeline and revenue performance. Leads donor engagement and executive briefing support, collaborates with digital fundraising and communications teams, and provides foundation proposal and reporting support.

Supports the CyberTipline by reviewing and triaging public reports, conducting deconfliction and background research, communicating with reporters and professionals, and maintaining survivor-service databases. Provides quality assurance, reporting, administrative coordination, scheduling, meeting documentation, inventory management, and conference logistics. The role requires trauma-informed communication, confidentiality, accuracy, multitasking, and the ability to handle disturbing content and crisis situations.

Develops, facilitates, and coordinates national training programs for law enforcement and child-serving professionals. Responsibilities include curriculum and presentation support, instructor coordination, training logistics, attendee administration, learning management system support, data collection, grant deliverables, reporting, outreach coordination, quality control, and public presentations. The role also supports marketing and promotion of training programs, manages sensitive information, and represents the organization at conferences and public engagements.

Leads NCMEC’s private philanthropy strategy and Development department, overseeing individual giving, foundations, corporate partnerships, digital fundraising, events, and operations. Builds sustainable revenue, manages major donor and partner relationships, personally closes significant gifts, strengthens donor pipelines, engages executives and the Board, and uses Salesforce for forecasting and accountability. Recruits and develops staff while partnering across the organization to align fundraising with growth goals.

Reviews, drafts, and negotiates agreements across vendor, consulting, licensing, fundraising, confidentiality, partnership, and nonprofit program areas. Manages the organization’s contract lifecycle, compliance filings, insurance registrations and renewals, trademark portfolio, workflows, and contract databases. Advises internal teams on contractual matters, coordinates with Finance and outside agencies, maintains confidential records, and handles multiple legal deadlines and special projects.

Coordinates NCMEC’s consultant engagement network, including onboarding, project logistics, documentation, communications, invoicing, travel support, and deliverable tracking. Maintains consultant relationships, supports Salesforce improvements, collects program metrics, and identifies mental health providers and organizations for collaboration. The role requires sensitive communication with victims, survivors, families, clinicians, and professionals, along with occasional travel and evening or weekend availability.

Leads NCMEC’s government affairs strategy, congressional outreach, federal appropriations requests, legislative tracking, coalition participation, and advocacy communications. Manages Congressional inquiries, prepares testimony and policy materials, coordinates senior-level Hill meetings, maintains relationships with government stakeholders, and supervises a Government Affairs Policy Analyst. Requires extensive Congressional and appropriations experience, advocacy expertise, bipartisan relationship-building, strong writing, project management, and legal or policy research skills.

Supports CyberTipline report intake and triage by reviewing calls, emails, and reports; conducting background and deconfliction research; communicating with reporters and law enforcement; updating databases; managing feedback requests; and providing administrative, scheduling, data, inventory, and conference support. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, empathy, multitasking, and the ability to handle sensitive child exploitation content.
