Lead and manage Hispanic Access Foundation's Conservation portfolio, translating strategy into programs across lands, water, oceans, climate, and community engagement. Oversee grants, budgets, staff development, partnerships, program performance, compliance, and operational systems to expand impact and financial sustainability.

Manage a portfolio of forestry subawards from execution through closeout, ensuring compliance with 2 CFR 200, monitoring performance and budgets, providing technical assistance to high-risk or new-to-federal grantees, preparing reports and dashboards, and coordinating with finance, compliance, and leadership. Support capacity-building, identify and escalate compliance issues, and help plan grantee meetings and site visits.
