Investigates regulatory, criminal, and personal injury violations; gathers evidence and prepares reports; audits gaming devices, software, documents, and equipment for compliance; and supports casino management during disputes, emergencies, disturbances, fraud, and hostile situations. The role coordinates with casino personnel, Tribal Police, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies while enforcing Tribal, State, and Federal gaming laws and internal controls.

Leads enterprise application delivery, data services, DevSecOps, governance, technology strategy, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Facilitates classroom, workshop, simulation, e-learning, and blended training; adapts content for diverse learning styles; maintains training records and calendars; develops course materials; evaluates program effectiveness; and collaborates with HR business partners to address skill gaps.

Analyzes organizational and business data to produce reports, dashboards, visualizations, and actionable recommendations. Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, performs data validation and transformation, identifies trends and anomalies, supports data governance, and communicates insights to leadership. Uses SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other analytics tools to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Leads casino and golf resort accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, audits, month-end close, cash-flow forecasting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. Manages accounting leadership and staff, improves financial systems and processes, ensures GAAP-compliant reporting, and partners with executives, auditors, IT, and gaming regulators.
