Own the senior living sales process from initial inquiry through move-in. Build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations; conduct tours; manage the sales pipeline and CRM; generate leads; track conversion and occupancy metrics; and support census growth. The role requires strong relationship-based selling, networking, follow-up, communication, and collaboration with community and operational leadership.
