Drives distribution, sales, visibility, and velocity for IJW Spirits brands across on- and off-premise accounts in New York. Responsibilities include direct selling, securing menu and display placements, educating trade partners and consumers, collaborating with distributors, executing tastings and promotions, monitoring competitive pricing, and reporting market performance. Requires spirits industry expertise, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, extensive territory travel, and the ability to motivate stakeholders while delivering measurable results.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX measures, and reports. Create Power Automate workflows to reduce manual processes, connect data from ERP and business systems, troubleshoot reporting and automation issues, and ensure data accuracy and access security. The role requires hands-on design expertise, packaging and print production experience, knowledge of spirits marketing and labeling requirements, and the ability to connect creative decisions to commercial goals.

Manage servers, storage, virtualization, networks, security controls, backups, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot infrastructure and end-user issues, provide technical training, enforce security and compliance practices, plan technology upgrades, and identify automation and performance optimization opportunities. The role requires extensive systems administration experience and collaboration with management to support scalable IT infrastructure.

The Brand Manager will develop and execute strategies for spirits brands, maintain positioning and messaging, manage agencies, oversee packaging and launch initiatives, coordinate marketing campaigns, conduct market research, track performance, and collaborate with sales, finance, legal, product development, and external partners across domestic and international markets.

Leads IJW’s digital marketing strategy across social media, paid media, email, SEO, e-commerce, influencer partnerships, and content. Manages digital budgets, oversees brand storytelling and online communities, coordinates campaigns with retailers and DTC platforms, and analyzes performance metrics to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
